During the month of June, STEAK HOUSE Chef Calvin Choi will present two special dishes featuring top quality beef imported from the UK.
  • Beef Tenderloin & Beef Cheek with Pistachio – Chateaubriand style for 2 (18 oz) stuffed with pistachios and with crispy pistachio crust.
  • Rib Eye (16 oz)
Taste: Both have a strong beef flavour, with the tenderloin being the lighter and more tender cut.

Throughout July, THE STEAK HOUSE will showcase top quality beef from the USA.
  • Long Bone Rib Eye (from Wisconsin), wet aged for five weeks and carved tableside by Chef Calvin Choi and his team.
Taste: This cut has a strong beef taste, with a tender texture.
